Yes! Moontower offers parking spaces in our underground parking garage. They’re first-come, first-served, so be sure to reserve a space before we sell out.
Monthly installment payments are due on the 1st of each month.
Housing contracts begin in mid-August and end in late July of the following year. Payments are divided into 12 equal installment payments.
An individual housing contract is a by-the-bed contract. This means your contract is only for your bedroom, not those of your roommates. This allows you to live with roommates without having to worry about whether they’re going to pay on time.
You’re welcome to pay by check or money order at the leasing office during business hours or online through our resident portal.
If you are currently receiving need-based financial aid, you may automatically qualify. You would need to look at your current Financial Aid Award Letter, then compare your grants/scholarships/loans to the approved need-based Financial Aid list. If you have any items that appear on the list, no matter the amount, then you automatically qualify for S.M.A.R.T. Housing.
If our office has determined that you qualify for SMART Housing, you can chose the options in our Ehlinger floor plan
While Moontower is catered to college students, you do not need to be one to live here.
